The Tosi & Raggini company was founded in Cesenatico, right by the sea, as an ancient anchovy processing factory.
The production plant is still located on the same spot.
The ideal place to create natural fish products and recipes that enhance the flavour of the sea.
The processing of the raw material is careful and state-of-the-art. Each food item is vacuum-packed and enclosed in glass trays and jars, to keep the flavour of the freshly processed fish unaltered, all the way to the table at home.
All Tosi & Raggini products are "ready-to-eat" foods.
At any time, without the need for long processing, you can enjoy anchovies in oil and salt, tuna, marinated sardines, clams in brine, mackerel fillets, marinated anchovies, natural seafood appetizers, fish stock consommé, fish sauces, seafood salads...
